论商务日语请求表达的基本句式特征——以「~てください」为例

摘　　要：关于日语中的请求表达,学术界已分别从谈话构造、对照研究、语用论等不同角度进行了研究。从企业小说中抽取大量的例句对商务日语的请求表达进行了考察。通过比较研究,发现在企业小说的请求场面中命令句式的使用较多;以命令表达的代表句式「~てください」为例,以"公私""上下"关系为出发点,通过例句进一步阐明。Academia has studied Japanese expressions for expressing request from conversation structure, contrastive analysis and pragmatic perspectives. This paper probes into the request ex- pressions in business Japanese based on a large number of sentences from enterprise - oriented novels. Through comparative study, it is found out that more imperative sentences are used on business occasions. Taking ＂~てください＂ in imperative sentences as an example, this paper makes a further study of the oppositions between ＂public and private＂ relationship, and ＂upper and lower relationship＂.
