高职教育培养本科应用技术型人才的问题分析与路径探索

摘　　要：根据我国经济产业转型和高职教育发展现状,从政策、现实基础、国外经验方面提出高职教育培养本科应用技术型人才的可行性。分析高职教育培养本科应用技术型人才存在的问题主要体现在:政策困境、理念偏差、高职教育自身基础不足、发展能力不强,并提出我国高职教育培养本科应用技术型人才的路径思考,即高职院校与本科高校分段培养、整体培养应用技术型人才。According to China＇s economic and industrial transformation and the status quo of higher vocational education,this paper put forward the feasibility of training undergraduate level of technology-applied talents in higher vocational schools from polity,practical foundation and foreign experience,and raised the problems,such as policy dilemma,ideological deviation,the weak foundation and the insufficient development ability.This paper also put forward the thinking about path to cultivate undergraduate level of technology-applied talents in higher vocational colleges.The solving path is that higher vocational schools and undergraduate universities cultivate technologyapplied talents piecewise and integrally.
