引导式教育在小儿脑性瘫痪步行训练中的应用

摘  要:目的分析引导式教育在小儿脑性瘫痪步行训练中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月至2016年10月在我院接受小儿脑性瘫痪治疗的200例患儿为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为两组,对两组患儿的步行训练效果进行分析和比较。结果观察组和对照组的Ⅱ~Ⅳ级患儿治疗有效率以及总有效率相比无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组的0~Ⅰ级患儿治疗有效率存在明显优势差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引导式教育在小儿脑性瘫痪步行训练中的运用提高了治疗的有效性和质量,尤其是轻症患儿的治疗效果更为显著,值得予以临床推广和运用。Objective Analysis of the effect of guiding education in walking training for children with cerebral palsy. Method From October 2015-October 2016 year in our hospital 200 cases of children with cerebral palsy treatment as the research object, according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups, the walking training effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Result The observation group and the control group Ⅱ-Ⅳ treatment effective rate and the total efficiency had no significant difference, not statistically significant(P〈0.05); the effective rate has obvious advantage difference 0-Ⅰ treatment in the observation group and the control group, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of guidance education in the training of children with cerebral palsy has improved the effectiveness and quality of treatment, especially the treatment effect of children with mild symptoms, which is worthy of clinical promotion and Application.
