摘　　要：本研究从建构主义理论角度探讨"互联网+"时代的大学英语课堂生态的建设条件,提出了"智慧"翻转课堂的理念,并介绍了它的设计思路、实践过程和实施情况。"智慧"翻转课堂的生态环境从课堂延展到课前和课后,实现了线上与线下的有机结合。"智慧"翻转课堂突出了师生的互动交际,能有效地增强学生的跨文化交际能力,因此有助于实现大学英语教学的目标。This paper,from the perspective of Constructivism,has studied the preconditions of constructing College English classroom ecology in the＂Internet Plus＂Era and put forward the notion of＂smart＂flipped classroom. The paper introduces the design thinking,practice process and result of flipped classroom. The ＂smart ＂flipped classroom has extended study period to pre-class and after-class periods,which effectively combines the online learning with offline learning. It highlights the interaction between students and teachers and strengthens students ＇ intercultural communication competence. Therefore,it helps achieve the goal of College English teaching.
