摘 要:目的:对山核桃叶总黄酮苷元降血糖的药效活性进行评价。方法:通过建立四氧嘧啶高血糖小鼠模型,从体质量、血糖及血清果糖胺等方面对山核桃叶总黄酮苷元降血糖药效活性进行研究。结果:与模型组比较,山核桃叶总黄酮苷元连续给药3 d可以使高血糖模型小鼠的空腹血糖明显下降(P<0.01),且其高剂量组能同时降低小鼠血清果糖胺的含量。随着给药时间的延长,山核桃叶总黄酮苷元给药组体质量比模型组有所增长(P<0.05)。同时,山核桃叶总黄酮苷元对正常小鼠的体质量和血糖没有影响。结论:山核桃叶总黄酮苷元对四氧嘧啶诱导的高血糖动物有明显的降低血糖及血清果糖胺和增加小鼠体质量的作用,但对正常动物血糖和体质量基本无影响。Objective:To extract the total flavonoids from the leaves of Carya cathayensis and evaluate its hypoglycemic activity.Methods:Through establishing alloxan-induced diabetic mice model and the hypoglycemic activity of total flavonoid aglycon from leaves of Carya cathayensis was evaluated in terms of weight,blood glucose and serum fructosamine.Results:Compared with the model group,the levels of fasting blood-glucose of hyperglycemia model mice,continuously treated by total flavonoid aglycon from leaves of Carya cathayensis in 3 days,were decreased significantly(P〈0.01).And total flavonoid aglycon from leaves of Carya cathayensis high dose group can also reduce glycated serum albumin of mice.As the extension of administration time,the weights of total flavonoid aglycon from leaves of Carya cathayensis administration group were increased than those of the model group(P〈0.05).At the same time,total flavonoid aglycon from leaves of Carya cathayensis have no effect on the weight and blood glucose of normal mice.Conclusion:Total flavonoid aglycon from leaves of Carya cathayensis have significantly effects on alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice,mainly including hypoglycemic,reducing fructosamine and increasing weight,but have no effects on the weight and blood glucose of normal mice.
