摘  要:根据轴向力控制疲劳试验方法,在室温、538、600℃下,对合金钢进行了高周疲劳性能试验,给出了S-N曲线,并对疲劳断口的形貌进行观察,研究了温度对高周疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:随温度的升高,材料的拉伸强度降低;相同应力水平下,材料的高周疲劳寿命随温度的升高而下降;随温度的升高,材料氧化严重,疲劳条带特征变浅,材料塑性变形较大。According to the fatigue test method controlled by axial stress, at room temperature of 538 ℃ and 600 ℃, the high cycle fatigue tests of the alloying steel were carried out, the S-N curves were obtained, and the morphology of the fatigue flacture was observed. The effects of temperature on the high cycle fatigue properties were studied. The results show that the tensile strength of the material decreases with temperature increasing. As the temperature increases, the high cycle fatigue life of the material decreases. With temperature increasing, the oxidation of the material becomes severe, the fatigue strip becomes lightened and the plastic deformation of the material becomes large.
