摘 要:氧量和配风方式是影响燃煤机组锅炉效率及NO_x排放的重要因素,针对某600MW机组燃烧优化调整,建立了基于聚类分区的关联规则挖掘模型,并引用密度参数,选择大密度区域内的点作为初始聚类中心,提高了聚类的稳定性;同时建立了基于交叉验证法(cross validation,CV)的支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)氧量软测量模型,减小了氧量测量不准对数据挖掘结果的影响。对历史运行数据进行挖掘,得到了不同工况下兼顾锅炉效率和NO_x排放质量浓度的最优运行氧量值与二次风门配风方式,结果表明:寻优后的烟气含氧量低于实际运行值,周界风门和辅助风门呈束腰型分布,主要负荷段的选择性催化还原脱销装置(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)进口NO_x质量浓度由220~420mg/m^3降为220~320mg/m^3,且保证锅炉效率不低于92.7%。Oxygen content and second air distribution are important factors which influence the boiler efficiency and NOx emissions of coal-fired units. Aiming at the combustion optimization of a 600MW unit, the model of association rule mining algorithm based on clustering partition was established. The density parameter was introduced and the points of high density region were selected as the initial cluster centre for improving the clustering stability. Meanwhile a CV-SVM oxygen soft measurement model was established to reduce the impact of measure error on oxygen content for the data mining results. Based on the history data mining, the optimal oxygen content and the second air distribution with high efficiency and low NOx emission were determined. The results show that optimal oxygen content is lower than the average oxygen content, auxiliary air dampers and surrounding air dampers present waist type distribution. The NOx emissions at mainly load range are decreased from 220-420 mg/m^3 to 220-320 mg/m^3, meanwhile the boiler thermal efficiency is higher than 92.7%.
