摘  要:目的观察胃癌组织、癌旁正常组织氨基酸谱的变化规律。方法使用超高效液相色谱串联质谱的方法检测40例胃癌患者癌组织、癌旁正常组织19种氨基酸的含量。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ期胃癌组织中氨基酸含量与癌旁正常组织相比,差异无统计学意义,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌组织中氨基酸与癌旁正常组织相比,苏氨酸、酪氨酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸、缬氨酸、脯氨酸、蛋氨酸和谷氨酰胺的含量增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌组织中多种氨基酸含量升高,表明胃癌组织存在明显的氨基酸代谢异常,这种代谢异常可为氨基酸失衡疗法提供临床依据。Objective To investigate the metabolism of amino acids in gastric carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues. Methods Nineteen kinds of amino acids in gastric carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) tandem masss pectrometry method. Results The contents of amino acids were not significantly changed in gastric carcinoma with I and II stage, Compared with adjacent normal tissues, contents of Thr, Tyr, Ser, Gly, Val, Pro, Met and Gin increased significantly in gastric carcinoma tissues with mand IVstage. Conclusions The amino acid in gas- tric carcinoma tissues with II[ and IVstage were significantly changed, which showed that there were obvious metabolism abnormal- ities of amino acid in gastric carcinoma, providing clinical evidence for amino acid imbalance therapy.
