摘　　要：我国师范专业实行的教学管理制度存在忽视课程设置和课程设计的质量管理,忽视教学评价的质量管理,学习数据收集不全面,且分析、使用的质量管理缺乏等漏洞。在师范毕业生外部评价日趋严格的新形势下,师范专业亟需进行制度革新,构建和实行课程监控制度,以有效保障专业教育的质量。There are many loopholes in teaching management system of normal majors in our country, such as ignoring quality management aimed at courses offering and courses design, ignoring quality management aimed at teaching assessment, study date collecting incomplete and lacking quality management aimed at their analysis and use. Under the new situation of normal college graduates external evaluation gradually turning strict, normal majors badly need system reform, and set up and implement courses monitoring, to effectively guarantee professional education quality.
