摘　　要：伴随着我国工业化、城镇化的快速推进,我国农民工群体出现明显的代际分化,就业流向呈现多元化。农民工的生存发展以及国家经济发展和社会稳定,都对新时期农民工职业教育提出了城乡一体化发展的现实诉求。为此,就需要树立"一体化"的发展理念,推进农民工职业教育城乡联动;建立"一体化"的配套制度,整合农民工职业教育资源;构建"一体化"的公共服务平台,拓宽农民工职业教育渠道;开发"一体化"的课程,提升农民工职业教育的针对性、实效性。With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China, the peasant workers in China have obvious intergenerational differentiation and diversified employment flow. The survival and development of migrant workers, the national economic development and social stability put forward the urban and rural development demands for migrant workers vocational education in the new era. It is neeessary to establish the integrated development concept, to promote migrant workers vocational education urban and rural linkage, to establish supporting system, to integrate migrant workers vocational education resources, to build public service platform, to broaden migrant workers vocational education channel, to develop integrated curriculum, and to enhance the efficiency of vocational education of migrant workers.
