摘　　要：寻找一条适合各学院具体情况和专业实际情况的校企合作之路成了各大高职院校面临的共同难题,文章就现阶段企业与高职学院教育还没有紧密有效结合时,从高职院校自身找到一条培养符合企业要求的高新技术人才道路,以供参考。It is a common problem faced by the major vocational colleges to find a road of cooperation between schools and enterprises which is suitable for the specific situation and professional situation of each college.When the enterprises are not closely related to the education of higher vocational colleges at this stage,the paper aims to find out a way to cultivate high-tech talents meeting the requirements for reference.
