摘　　要：根据国家层面建设一流大学、一流学科做出的战略部署,依托"双一流"建设,提升地方综合性大学工科大学生人才培养质量,为实现卓越工程师人才培养计划与工程教育专业认证深度融合,构建了基于专业认证体系的课程体系、实践能力培养、校企合作、双导师制的高等工程教育人才培养模式,在地方性综合大学工科专业积极推进卓越人才培养模式改革,对促进地方性综合大学科学发展,深化教育教学改革,提高人才培养质量意义重大深远。The ＂double first-rate＂ construction of the national level to build first -rate university, first -rate disciplines to make the strategic plan, relying on ＂double first -rate＂ construction, to enhance the local comprehensive university engineering students quality training. In order to realize the deep integration of excellence engineer talent training plan and engineering education professional certification, this paper constructs the training system of higher engineering education based on the curriculum system, practice ability training, school and enterprise cooperation and double tutor system based on professional authentication system. It is of great significance to promote the scientific development of local comprehensive universities, deepen the reform of education and teaching and improve the quality of personnel training in the reform of talents training mode in the local comprehensive university.
