摘　　要：随着腔镜设备与微创技术的快速发展,以胸腔镜和外科机器人为特征的胸部微创外科也日益成熟并得到广泛应用。胸部微创外科适用于胸外科领域的绝大部分疾病,其临床优势不断获得临床实践数据的支持,目前已经取代传统的开放式手术成为胸外科手术方法的主流。作者着重对胸部微创外科的技术进展和临床应用进行简要述评。With the quick development of endoscopy equipment and minimal invasive techniques,the thoracic minimal invasive surgery,characterized by thoracoscopy and surgical robot,is also increasingly mature and widely used.Thoracic minimal invasive surgery is fit for most of those diseases completed by conventional procedures and it has gained constant evidence in clinical practice to prove its advantages.Actually,thoracic minimal invasive surgery has now begun to replace the traditional open surgery and become the mainstream in the thoracic surgery method.This paper focuses on the technical progress and clinical application of minimal invasive surgery.
