摘 要:文艺的一般属性并不能把文艺与非文艺划分开来。将文艺与宗教这样有着同一性的意识形态加以比较 ,确定其分野 ,可以更好地揭示文艺的本质。文艺与宗教在人类童年时期是同一的。文艺与现代宗教也有着某种同一性。原始宗教在发展中失却了进取精神 ,成了否定人的本质的力量 ;原始艺术在发展中从纯粹的幻想形式中走出来 ,以更积极的姿态确证人的本质力量。宗教的实质是宣扬上帝创造了人 ,体现的是人被神控制的精神 ;艺术的实质则表现人是世界的造物主 ,它体现了人追求自由的精神。The general properties of art are inadequate to distinguish art from non-art. It will be helpful to disclose the essence of art by comparing such ideologies of similarity as art and religion and specify their dissimilarity. Art and religion have similarity not only in the infant stage of mankind, but also in modern times. Primeval religion loses its go-aheadism in the course of its development, and turns into a negative force which denies human nature. Primeval art, on the other hand, steps out of the mire of pure illusion in the course of its development and certifies human nature more positively. Advocating that God creates man is essential of religion, which represents the god-dominating spirit. On the contrary, it is essential of art that man creates the world, which represents the freedom-pursuing spirit. This is the fundamental dissimilarity between art and religion.
