摘　　要：案例教学法是法学教学改革中的一项重要的教育方法,它与传统法学教学方法相比具有显著的优越性,它着力于培养学生的知识运用能力。在法学教学中科学地引入案例教学法,对案例教学法的含义、特点、功能进行全面深刻地分析和研究,对培养大学生法律素质的主要路径进行深入地思考和探索,将会对我国高校大学生法律素质的培养产生较大的促进作用。Case teaching is an important educational method in the reform of law teaching. It has obvious advantages compared with traditional methods and focuses on training students＇ ability of using knowledge. It will greatly promote the cultivation of legal quality of college students in China to introduce case teaching method in the teaching of law,make comprehensive and profound analysis and research on its meanings,characteristics and functions and explore the cultivating paths of students＇ legal quality.
