摘　　要：针对如何培养电气信息类大学生创新能力问题,从创新能力培养实施基础、采取措施及做法入手,转变教学理念,构建了符合个性化发展CDIO+5S的创新能力培养模式,辅之以学生创新教育的实践,推动高校创新人才的培养。In view of how to train the innovation ability of electrical information students,and from cultivating the students＇ innovation ability,adopting the measures and exercising the practice,the teaching idea is changed and the training mode of innovation ability with CDIO ＋5Sthat conforms to individual development is constructed.With the practice of innovation education,the cultivation of innovative talents is promoted in colleges and universities.
