摘　　要：提高高校科研人员创业成功率是推动国家科技创新的重要途径。然而,我国高校科技创业成功率不高,且易在2-3年内陷入"死亡之谷"。对高校科技创业客观规律认识不足以及科研人员在创业过程中存在的惯性思维可能是导致这一现象频现的本质,因此基于扎根理论构建了高校学术创业过程理论模型。Improving the success rate of entrepreneurial activities in colleges and universities is an important way to promote national scientific and technological innovation. However,the success rate of science and technology entrepreneurship is not high in China and it＇s easy to fall into the＂Death Valley＂in 2-3 years ＂. The nature of this phenomenon which is very frequently maybe are lacking of awareness of the Academic Entrepreneurship objective laws and understanding of scientific research personnel in the entrepreneurial process,therefore,this research constructed a theoretical model of academic entrepreneurship creation process based on grounded theory.
