青少年诚信教育的实践与思考——以四川省自贡市诚信文化进校园为例

摘　　要：中国人民银行自贡市中心支行作为地方信用体系建设的双牵头部门之一,积极推动青少年诚信教育,通过加强银校多方合作,培育诚信辅导员队伍,对大中小学学生分别实施差异化诚信教育实践活动,诚信文化进校园取得显著成效。针对当前青少年诚信教育中存在的一些问题,如部门间配合有待加强、宣教长效机制还需巩固、宣传面还需扩大等,提出应加强青少年诚信教育统筹规划,加强部门间有效协调及配合,营造良好社会氛围,丰富教育形式,建立切实可行的青少年诚信教育评价体系。Zigong City Central Sub-branch of the People＇ s Bank of China, as one of the double leading departments of local credit system construction, has actively enhanced the youth integrity education, and achieved remarkable results by strengthening cooperation between banks and schools, cultivating integrity Counselor teams, and implementing differentiated integrity education practices for collegians and students at different stages respectively. Some problems have been found in the process of practices, for example, the cooperation between departments needs to be improved, the long-term mechanism for propaganda and education needs to be consolidated, and the publicity still needs to be expanded. Proposals are put forward as follows： strengthening the overall planning for the youth integrity education, enhancing effective coordination and cooperation among departments, creating a good social atmosphere, and enriching teaching methods and techniques, etc. so as to establish a feasible evaluation system for youth integrity education.
