教学资源校际共享的制约因素及对策研究

摘　　要：高等学校校际教育资源共享是提高高校教育质量和区域高等教育整体竞争力的关键因素,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》从国家发展战略出发,强调了资源共享在新时期的重要意义。资源共享具有提高资源使用效率的优势,但也具有诸多限制因素。运用定性和定量相结合的方法,探究开放大学背景下远程开放教育的资源共享情况,以期为开放教育的校际资源共享提供借鉴。Instruction resource sharing between universities is a key factor of enhancing the quality of higher education and raising thecompetitive power of regional higher education. The Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and DevelopmentPlan （2010-2020）,out of the national development and strategies, emphasized the significance of resource sharing in new ages. Resourcesharing has many advantages such as enhancing resource efficiency; however, it has many restrictions. Based on qualitative and quantita-tive research, this paper explores the resource sharing situation under the background of open universities, in the hope of providing refer-ences for resource sharing between universities.
