摘  要:目的:探讨在普外科临床实习带教中运用临床路径式教学法的教学效果。方法:以60名在普外科实习的临床医学专业本科学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,各30名。对照组采用传统的临床带教方法进行教学,试验组采用临床路径式教学进行带教,实习结束后统一进行综合考核,比较两组临床实习带教效果。结果:对照组学生的综合成绩为(78.06±6.87)分,试验组学生的综合成绩为(84.05±7.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。试验组学生在学习兴趣、独立思考能力、与患者的沟通能力上更有优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在普外科教学中应用临床路径式教学法能够提高临床教学质量,改善教学效果,增强学生分析和解决临床问题的能力。Objective: To evaluate the effect of clinical pathway teaching method in'general surgery clinical teaching activities.Method: Sixty general surgery interns were selected and randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and the contmI greup.Each group had 30 interns.The traditional clinical teaching method was taken on the contral group, while the experimenal gronp was using the clinical pathway teaehing method.A comprehensive examination was performed at the end of the clinical teaching process, compared the teach/ng effect of two, groups.Result: The comprehensive scores of control group and experimental group were (78.06 ± 6.87)points and (84.05± 7.14)points, the difference was signifieant(P〈0.05).Leamtng interest, ability to think independently, ability to communicate with patient of experimental group were batter than those of contret groap(P〈0.05).Conchislon: Applieation of clinical pathway teaching method in general surgery can improve the clinical teaching quality and effect, enhance students' abillty to analyze and solve clinical problems.
