摘　　要：高职教育构建内部质量保证体系要以学校、专业、课程、教师和学生作为质量保证的主体。确立决策指挥、目标与标准、质量生成、资源建设、服务支持、监督控制、质量报告发布等系统质量保证职责,形成目标、标准、组织、制度和方法组成的质量管理系统,保证高职教育人才培养质量并持续提高。The construction of internal quality assurance system in higher vocational education should be the main body of quality assurance by school,specialty,curriculum,teachers and students. The establishment of decision-making, objectives and standards,quality of production,resource construction,service support,supervision and control,quality report system of quality-assurance responsibilities,quality management system composed of objectives,standards, organization,system and method,ensure de quality of personnel training in Higher Vocational Education and improve continuously.
