大学生创新素质养成与创新人才造就

摘　　要：创新人才是在知行领域中有所发现和发明,为社会作出了贡献的人。创新人才造就于社会支持系统中。作为创新人才成就条件之一的创新能力,主要是由知识、智力和人格等创新素质有机构成的,成功完成某种创新活动的能力。它生发于创新活动中。人的知识、智力和人格等创新素质养成于融"教、学、习"三位一体的教育训练中,特别是学校教育中,尤其是大学教育中。为此,要提倡和坚持高校关于大学生创新素质教育的全员面向、志向优先、个性放飞和双向参与。要革新大学教育的理念和方法。Innovative talent is the man whose have found and invented in the field of knowledge and discovery,and make a contribution to people.Innovative talents are created in the social support system.As one of the conditions of innovation,the ability to innovate is mainly composed of knowledge,intelligence and personality,and the ability to accomplish some innovative activities successfully.It is generated in innovative activities.The knowledge,intelligence and personality of the people is developed in the integration of ＂teaching,learning,practice＂ trinity of education and training,especially in school education,especially in university education.To this end,we must advocate and adhere to the college students on the quality of education-oriented,ambition priority,individuality flying and two-way participation.We must reform the idea and method of university education.
