摘 要:医学专业学位研究生培养和住院医师规范化培训并轨有助于临床技能的迅速提升和规范化,但目前培养体系对于学生的综合医学能力:创新思维能力、自主学习能力、临床思维能力、团队协作能力的提高非常有限。学生临床学习时间有限,病种学习不全面,单独进行诊疗操作机会少。目前国内外医学高校采用PBL、TBL、CBL、CP、Seminar、EBM等多种教学方法。本文就目前教学体制的一些弊端和多种教学方法进行阐述,探索科学合理的医学专业型研究生的教育模式。The combination of medical professional degree postgraduate education and the standardized training to residents can be conducive to improve and standardize clinical skills.However, in the current training system, it is very limited for improve medical students' comprehensive medical ability, such as innovative thinking ability, autonomous learning ability, clinical thinking ability, team cooperation capability.What is more, students' time of clinical learning is limited, the learning of diseases is incomplete, the opportunity of separately operation of diagnosis and treatment is less.Currently, medical colleges and universities at home and abroad have used a variety of teaching methods such as Problem-based learning, Team-based learning, Case-based learning, Clinical pathway, Semina, Evidence based medicine and so on.This paper expounded some drawbacks of the current teaching system and a variety of teaching methods, explored scientific and reasonable education mode of medical professional degree postgraduate.
