摘  要:"失败型"师生关系是指在教育教学实践过程中,教师与学生之间因矛盾激化或因偶发事件而产生冲突,最终导致师生关系不同程度的恶化或断裂的状态。究其原因,主要有社会环境中的不良风气、以竞争为导向的学校文化和制度、不同的认知与处事方式。要有效预防"失败型"师生关系的发生,应运用道德效力规范师生关系;健全师生文化共享机制、师生平等对话机制;以师生共同体价值为导向,提高向心力和凝聚力;贯彻师生生命关怀理念以及构建师生责任共担机制。"Unsuccessful" teacher-student relationship refers to the conflict between teachers and students conflict due to the occasional events or conflicts in the field of education and teaching practice, resulting in different degrees of deterioration or fracture of teacher-student relationship. The main reason is that the unhealthy atmosphere in social environment, the school culture and institutions based on competition, the different perceptions and ways of doing things. To prevent "unsuccessful" teacher-student relationship from occurring effectively, we should use the morality to standardize the teacher-student relationship; establish and improve cultural sharing mechanism of teachers and students, and the equal dialogue mechanism between teachers and students; improve the centripetal force and cohesion of the teachers and students with the community-oriented value of teachers and students; use the morality to standardize the teacher-student relationship; establish the idea of life care of teachers and students and construct the shared responsibility mechanism of teachers and students.
