机械制造与自动化专业中高职人才衔接与培养的研究

摘　　要：为了实现中高职专业课程的紧密衔接,对部分制造业、中职院校和涉及课程衔接的班级进行了调研,获得了机械制造与自动化专业学生面向的工作岗位和应该具备的职业能力,确定了中高职专业的人才培养目标,提出了构建中高职阶段的课程衔接的思路。In order tO realize the close connection of higher vocational professional courses,on the part of the manufacturing industry,vocational schools and courses involving classes for the investigation,the students occupation ability to obtain mechanical manufacturing and automation specialty oriented jobs and should have,to determine the training goal in higher vocational talents,put forward the construction of cohesion higher vocational education curriculum ideas.
