摘　　要：为贯彻落实习近平总书记北京师范大学座谈会的重要讲话精神,教育部2014年下发了《关于建立健全高校师德建设长效机制的意见》,从制度上吹响了高校落实师德建设长效机制的号角。本文从人事管理的角度,浅析师德考核的评价路径及若干高校的已有做法并提出考核意见建议,为高校"双一流"建设助推加力。In order to implement the important speech of General secretary Xi Jinping,Ministry of Education issued on the establishment of a long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers＇ Ethics,which was used to guide the construction of teachers＇Ethics in Colleges and Universities .From the angle of personnel management,the article elaborates the evaluation path of teachers＇ ethics and the existing practice of teacher＇s ethics examination for the establishment of the evaluation mechanism of College Teachers＇ Ethics,so as to accelerate the construction of first-class disciplines and universities.
