摘  要:课后记在很大程度上就是教学反思。写课后记就是要静下心来,研究、探讨在教学过程中如何更加有趣地教,如何进一步改进、提高教学技能,使学生学得更好,收获更多;就是要不断沉潜,在教中学、学中练,不断总结经验,以利再战。写课后记或教学反思,贵在及时,贵在坚持,贵在对教学工作有一份神圣的执着,贵在不满足于一般的教学达标。坚持写课后记或教学反思,可以使从教者在业务上提高很快,成长迅速。以写促思,以思促教,长期积累,必有"集腋成裘、聚沙成塔"的收获和快乐。Teaching postscript means after-class reflection to a large degree.When writing teaching postscripts, teachers need to settle down,research and explore how to make their teaching more interesting,how to further improve and enhance their teaching skills,so as to help students study more effectively and acquire more knowledge. Teaching postscript also means that teachers need to be continually steeped in studying,and to learn from teaching,to practice while learning,and to sum up their experience constantly for future teaching.What matters a lot for writing teaching postscripts or after-class reflection is timeliness,persistence,a sacred dedication to teaching,and the unsatisfaction with being able to just achieve the required goals in teaching.Teachers can improve rapidly and grow quickly by writing teaching postscripts or after-class reflection regularly. This writing is to stimulate thinking,and thinking can,in turn, stimulate and help teaching.With long-term accumulation of this kind,teachers will surely get great harvests and pleasures,just like"Many a little makes a mickle,and much sand makes a tower."
