摘 要:中职硕士培养项目自启动以来,培养模式及管理方法一直在探索中发展。为了提高中职硕士的培养质量,许多单位及部门对中职硕士的培养模式及管理方法,做了许多分析与研究,取得可观成效。本文结合工作实际及本单位多年来对中职硕士培养的工作经验,总结出有效的特色培养方式。即遵循课程弹性化、课题实用化、管理人性化相结合的培养方式,对提高中职硕士的培养质量有显著提高,在此加以探讨,希望对中职硕士培养模式的研究工作提供一定的实践依据。Since the start of the training program of the teachers in secondary vocational school,study for a MA degree on the job (short for "MA for SVS"),the training mode and management methods have been developing. In order to improve the training quality of MA for SVS,many units and departments have done a lot of analysis and research on the training mode and management methods of MA for SVS,and achieves considerable results throughout the training period. According to the actual work and many years of work experience of our unit in the training of MA for SVS,the paper summarizes out the effective characteristics of training,which abide by flexibility of courses,practicality of projects and humanization of management. These have a significant effect on improving the training quality of MA for SVS,will be discussed. We hope that the content discussed here can provide some practical basis for the research on the training mode of MA for SVS in the future.
