摘  要:当前我国玉米高库存问题比较严重,生产非食用变性淀粉是去库存途径之一。本文简要分析了玉米非食用变性淀粉发展的现状及今后的趋势,介绍了造纸、纺织行业所用变性淀粉的研究进展,其中复合变性淀粉具有不可比拟的黏度稳定性、冷热稳定性、透明度、剪切稳定性、黏度范围大等优良的性能,其用量越来越大,工业应用领域不断拓宽。Currently, the production of non-edible corn modified starch is an effective way to address the problem of high corn stocks in our country. The situation and development of the non-edible corn modified starch were briefly analyzed, with its application in papermaking and textile industry. There are many advantages for the corn modified starch, such as good viscosity stability, hot and cold stability, transparency, shear stability, large viscosity range and other excellent performance. Due to the advantages above, the amounts of its industrial applications have increased considerably recently.
