摘　　要：采用调查访问法等,在梳理剑桥大学体育发展历史的基础上,结合对其体育工作的实地考察,重点研究了剑桥大学体育传统特色和俱乐部运行机制。具体阐析了体育俱乐部的种类、运营状况及经费来源,并对当前我国高校发展体育俱乐部提出了可行性建议:拓展体育的理念,适当设立非竞技体育俱乐部;通过多种途径解决资金问题,保证俱乐部活动的顺利开展;实行俱乐部分级管理模式,形成良性循环,打造学校的品牌俱乐部。With the research method of investigation, based on history of Cambridge University sport and on--the--spot investigation of its sports work, the paper researches the sports traditions and club operation of Cambridge University. The paper analyses the types, operation and finance source of the sports clubs and proposes suggestions for the develop- ment of Chinese university sports clubs, i.e., expand the concept of sport, establish non-competitive sports clubs, solve the fund problems through various channels and classify clubs into different stages and create brand clubs.
