译解之中不可割舍的“阴阳之道”和“生生”——钱歌川的《翻译的基本知识》的一个批判

摘　　要：本文探讨《翻译的基本知识》三个方面的议题:1.理论化何以在此书之中缺席,进而引出实践的核心性问题;2.作者的译例如何在句子建构上是欧化的;3.我们能拿"阴阳之道"和"生生"来在杜甫的诗《春望》的处理方面做些什么?本文的结论是:将以二项对立出现的理论化的缺席转化为或可形成一加一等于三的二元对立是可能的。The paper probes into the three issues in The ABC of Translation: 1. Why theorization is absent in the book,which leads to the core problem of translation practice; 2. How the author's translation is Europeanized on the sentential level; and 3. What we can do with the 'Dao of Yin and Yang'and 'Live the Life'to render better Du Fu's poem of The Spring. The paper ends with the conclusion that there is a possibility to turn the absence of theory representing itself in binary opposition into a dualism where one plus one may equal three.
