摘  要:基于DNA序列的APG植物分类系统能更自然地反映植物演化关系,在国外的植物学科学研究和教学中得到广泛应用。然而,国内植物学教学仍然沿用传统分类系统。为此,我们首次以APG系统为基础构建了全新的植物学教学体系,并在植物学课堂教学和野外实习中应用,取得了良好的教学效果。该体系也为植物学教材内容的更新奠定了基础。The classification system could be more naturally reflect the species'evolutionary relationships by using the molecular systematic methods based on the DNA sequences to construct a plant phlogenetic tree. The Angiosperm Phylogeny Group ( APG ) system as a representative of the new classification system has been applied in a wide range of botany researches and teaching in the world. However, the traditional classification systems are still used in botany teaching in China. Therefore, we reconstructes the new botany teaching system based on the APGIV system. We first applied this new botany teaching system into the classroom teaching and the field practice, which has achieved the good teaching feedbacks. It also laid the foundation for the update of the content of botany textbooks.
