基于SWOT分析的高校学生非正式群体管理研究

摘　　要：高校学生群体除了有党支部、团支部和学生会等各级正式组织外,学生们通常还会有相同的价值观念、兴趣爱好、生活习性、行为方式和地域特征等,自发形成的一些非正式群体如老乡会、兴趣小组。这些非正式群体客观存在于广大院校之中,无形中影响学生的培养与发展。长期以来,由于各级管理者缺乏对非正式群体的认识,管理上更无从下手。文章用SWOT分析法对高校学生非正式群体进行分析,以厘清高校学生非正式群体的现状、成因及其内外部环境,得出对学生非正式群体的管理策略,为实现科学安全发展,提高管理效能,增强高校基层单位的凝聚力、战斗力,实现双一流建设打下坚实基础。In addition to the formal organization, such as the Party branch, the League branch and the stuOent umon, the students usually set up such societies as fellow society, interest groups due to the same values, hobbies, habits, behavior patterns and geographical features, and so on. The fact that these informal groups do exist in the majority of universities, which affecting the cultivation and development of students. For a long time, due to the lack of knowledge of informal groups, the relevant staff find it difficult to manage these groups. This paper analyzes the status quo, causes, internal and external environment of informal groups of college students based on SWOT analysis so as to draw out the management strategies of students＇ informal groups which will lay a solid foundation for realizing scientific and safe development, improving management, enhancing the solidarity, capabilities of the grass- roots units, and achieving the development of students and universities.
