摘  要:目的探讨冠心病患者主要照顾人员实施情景模拟心肺复苏培训的可行性和效果。方法由心血管内科医生和护士组成心肺复苏情景模拟教学组,将120名冠心病患者主要照顾人员随机分成2组,观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。观察组采取情景模拟教学法进行理论知识和现场情景模拟讲解示教,操作培训;对照组按照传统的模式进行心肺复苏理论与操作培训。2组培训后现场考核。结果观察组心肺复苏理论知识、操作水平和满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论冠心病患者主要照顾人员实施情景模拟心肺复苏培训切实可行,可显著提高患者家属的急救水平,为冠心病患者的抢救提供宝贵时间,值得向社会推广。Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the simulated cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in caring for patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Simulated teaching group consisting of cardiovascular physicians and nurses in cardiopulmonary resuscitation scenario. 120 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, observation group (60 cases ) and control group (60 eases). Observation group adopt scene simulation teaching method to take care of the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), theoretical knowledge and field scenarios explain simulation teaching, operation training; control group eardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) theory and operation training in accordance with the traditional model. Two groups after training on-site assessment.Results The theoretical knowledge, operation level and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P〈0.01 ).Conclusion To take care of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) the implementation of scene simulation of eardiopulmonary resuscitation training is feasible, can significantly improve the level of family members of patients with first aid and rescue of patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD ) provide valuable time and worth to popularize society.
