摘　　要：互联网+教育对农民工的教育培训有着深刻的影响作用。我国农民工在线教育面临的突出问题是教育基础设施、在线教育课程和相关组织支持不足,以及农民工自身计算机知识和自我教育动力的缺乏。据此,应建立农民工在线教育的制度保障,构筑全方位立体化的在线教育服务体系,激发农民工自我教育的内在动力,从而顺利解决农民工在线教育的困境。It is clear that Internet plus education should have a great impact on education and training of migrant workers. There is no doubt that the prominent problems in online education of migrant workers in China include shortages of education infrastructure, relevant courses and organizationsr support, as well as their insufficient computer knowledge and self-education motivation. It should establish institutional guarantee for online education of migrant workers, build three-dimensional online education service system in all aspects, and stimulate internal motivation of migrant workersr self-education. Therefore, it is easy to overcome the difficulties of online education of migrant workers successfully.
