摘 要:在塑料工业生产中,机筒预热过程常存在升温时间与设定不符,热量交换导致温度不稳定等问题。提出一种塑料机械加工机筒等时控温系统,分别针对以Microsoft Visual C++6.0为集成开发环境的温度监控系统和以单片机作为集成电路芯片的智能控制系统两部分进行设计,两者间通过串行通信。结合传统PID算法和模糊控制理论,完成系统模糊控制器的设计,基于阶跃响应曲线建立塑料机械加工机筒预热温度控制模型。最后根据实际运行结果,证明该模型具有可行性。In the plastic industry production, the barrel preheating process often exists the miss match of temperature heating time and set. Moreover, the heat exchange could lead to temperature instability and other issues. In this paper, a temperature control system for plastic mac barrel was proposed, which was designed for the temperature monitoring system with Microsoft Visual C++6. 0 as the integrated development environment and the intelligent control system of microcontrollers as integrated circuit chip. Serial communication was based on the traditional PID algorithm and fuzzy control theory, and the design of the system fuzzy controller was completed. Based on the step response curve, the preheating temperature control model of plastic machining barrel was established. Finally, according to the actlual operation results, the model is proved to be feasible.
