摘　　要：民族语言关系着民族杂居区的语言和谐、民族和谐以及语言文化的多样性保持,对于当前民族杂居区面临濒危的民族语言,必须采取各种措施来促进民族语言的传承保护。由于民族语言的文化性和工具性特征,对于民族语言的传承保护需要文化性保护和功能性传承并行,两者缺一不可。要达成这一目标,需要在传承保护中统一民族语言观、深化民族语言研究、合理导向语言政策、重视民族文化旅游,以及加强民族语言教育。The relationship between ethnic minority languages is essential to the harmony of the languages,the society and the diversity of language and culture. For the current ethnic minority languages endangerment,various measures must be taken to promote the inheritance and protection of ethnic languages. Due to the cultural and instrumental features of every natural language,the protection of the ethnic minority languages calls for the reservation of their cultural heritage and their functional inheritance. In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to unify the concept of national language,strengthen the study of national language,properly steer the language policy,attaché importance to the national cultural tourism, and enhance the national language education.
