摘  要:目的探讨微信平台辅助CBL教学法开展腹部影像见习的优势和价值。方法随机选取某医学院2013年-2016年五年制临床医学系四个班的学生为研究对象,对其进行随机分组,包括试验组(微信平台辅助CBL教学法)和传统见习组,应用统计学分析观察两组间在见习课和理论课分数以及主观见习满意度评分的差别。结果试验组在客观评价包括见习课和理论课考试平均分数明显高于传统见习组(P≤0.05),同时在对腹部影像见习课的主观评价包括获取知识的广度、深度、对腹部影像学的学习兴趣、调动学生学习积极性、理论联系实际的能力提高五个方面的评分及总分也明显高于传统见习组(P≤0.05)。结论应用微信平台辅助CBL教学法对腹部影像见习是一种有益的教学方法探索,值得带教老师推广应用。Objective To explore the value and advantage of WeChat platform in combination with case-based learning(CBL) teaching method in the abdominal imaging trainee. Methods Five-year medical students in 2013-2016 were randomly selected as the research object including experimental group(WeChat platform auxiliary CBL teaching method) and traditional trainee group, statistics analysis was applied in trainee score, theory class scores, and the difference of trainee satisfaction score between the two groups. Results The objective scores of the group which was applied with WeChat platform auxiliary CBL teaching method is significantly higher than the traditional trainee groups(P ≤0.05) in trainee scores, theory class scores. At the same time the scores of experiment groups were also significantly higher than the traditional trainee groups(P ≤0.05) on subjective evaluation such as abdominal imaging trainee classes including knowledge of width, depth, the abdominal imaging study interest, studying activeness and the ability of the theory with practice. Conclusion Application WeChat auxiliary CBL teaching platform for trainee in the abdomen image is a useful teaching methods to explore, and is worthy of wide use.1
