摘  要:目的探讨以提出、分析、讨论和解决问题为核心的PBL教学模式较LBL传统教学在肿瘤学临床教学中的应用效果。方法将2017年1月至5月轮转肿瘤科的62名实习医学生随机分为PBL教学组(n=32)和LBL教学组(n=30),对两组医学生的出科考试成绩和问卷调查结果进行比较分析。结果 PBL教学组的医学生,其出科考试成绩(89.5±3.2分)优于LBL教学组(78.3±4.1)(P<0.05);PBL教学组问卷调查体验显著优于LBL教学组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学模式在肿瘤学临床教学中得到医学生们的一致好评,值得临床大力推广。Objective This paper discusses the effect of PBL teaching mode, which is the core of proposing,analyzing, discussing and solving the problem, and the effect of LBL traditional teaching in clinical teaching of oncology. Methods From January 2017 to may, we selected a total of 62 oncology interns, who were randomly divided into PBL teaching group(n=32) and LBL teaching group(n=30), score and questionnaire survey of the two groups of oncology interns were compared. Results PBL teaching group of medical students, the score(89.5±3.2)is higher than that of LBL teaching group(78.3±4.1)(P〈0.05);The experience of PBL teaching group was better than that of LBL group(P〈0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions PBL teaching model in oncology clinical teaching has been unanimously praised by medical students, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
