摘  要:现代企业发展过程中人力资源开发对企业发展产生的作用巨大。企业生产与发展都需要充分考虑人力资源这个重要因素。市场竞争日趋激烈,采用传统人力资源管理办法已经无法满足现代企业经营需要,就需要对企业人力资源的开发模式进行创新。人力资源开发需注重效率、公平、激励、结构等,优化规划、管理、培训、激励等要素。The development of human resources in the development of modem enterprises has great effects on the development of enterprises because the important factors of human resources should be taken into account for both the production and development of enterprises. As the market competition gets increasingly fierce, the traditional method for human resource management has been unable to meet the business needs of modem enterprises; therefore, there is a need to innovate the development mode of human resources for enterprises. The human resource development needs to focus on efficiency, fairness, motivation, structure, etc., and needs to consider such factors as planning, management, training, incentive, etc.
