摘  要:以自制茴香果实精油、松木屑木醋液为原料,研究茴香果实精油与松木屑木醋液混配剂的抑菌活性和抗氧化活性。抑菌活性实验结果表明茴香果实精油与松木屑木醋液混配剂、松木屑木醋液对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)均有抑制作用,对大肠杆菌(E.coli)的抑菌效果优于其它两种细菌。抗氧化活性实验结果表明茴香果实精油与松木屑木醋液混配剂、松木屑木醋液对·OH自由基、DPPH·自由基均有清除能力,茴香果实精油与松木屑木醋液混配溶液体积分数1∶19对·OH自由基清除率较高。Antibacterial activities and antioxidant activities of mixture of fruit essential oil of Foeniculum vulgare and pine sawdust wood vinegar were studied by using self-made fruit essential oil of F. vulgate and pine sawdust wood vinegar as raw materials.Antibacterial activity experimental results show that mixture of fruit essential oil of E vulgate and pine sawdust wood vinegar, pine sawdust wood vinegar had inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus.Antibacterial effect of E. coli is better than the other two bacteria. Antioxidant activity experimental results show that mixture of fruit essential oil of E vulgare and pine sawdust wood vinegar, pine sawdust wood vinegar had scavenging capacity of .OH free radical and DPpHo tree radical.Volume fraction of mixture of fruit essential oil of E vulgate and pine sawdust wood vinegar solution was 1 to 19,scavenging rate of-OH free radical was higher than the others.
