摘  要:为了了解当前高等学校心理健康教育管理中存在的问题,我们考察了253名教育管理者对心理健康教育工作的认知与评价。结果表明:高等学校教育管理者应提高对心理健康教育的要求,推动心理健康教育工作的继续发展;进一步推进心理健康教育制度建设,并保证制度的顺利落实;在对心理健康教育兼职教师的要求上,既要注重教师的工作能力,也要注重教师的专业水平;在对心理健康教育专职教师的管理上,既要抓好工作效果,也要抓好队伍建设;高职院校教育管理者还应注意保障心理健康教育的高职特色,重视学生的实际心理需要。In order to explore problems existed in the management of mental health education of colleges and universities,this research investigated 253 college and university administrators' cognition and evaluation of current mental health education. And it is concluded that the administrators should enhance the requirements of mental health education so as to promote the continuous development of mental health education,and further promote the system construction of mental health education so that make sure the system's implementation. On the requirements of mental health part-time teachers,it should be emphasized on their work ability as well as professional level. And on the management of full-time teachers,adequate attention should be paid to work performance as well as team construction. Finally,the administrators in higher vocational colleges should also guarantee the vocational features of mental health education,and pay attention to students' actual psychological needs.
