摘　　要：以广州大学—香港专业人才服务机构共建的校外实习基地建设为例,对广州大学与境外机构合作教学由简单向纵深拓展、充分利用各种教育资源等经验进行了总结分析,期望能对其他高校类似的境外合作模式有所示范。The paper takes the construction of outside school practice base of GZHU（ Guangzhou University） - HKPES（ Hong Kong Professional ＆ Educational Service Ltd） as an example, sums up the experience of the teaching methods of how to cooperate with the overseas institutions from the simple to the depth, and how to full use of various educational resources. It hopes to provide some demonstrations of similar overseas cooperation model for other universities.
