摘  要:采用气相色谱-质谱法测定食品中2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)-丙酸钠的含量。食品样品用盐酸(1+1)溶液酸化后经乙酸乙酯提取,在气相色谱分离中用DB-FFAP石英毛细管色谱柱为固定相,在质谱分析中采用选择离子监测模式。2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)-丙酸的线性范围为5.0~100mg·L^(-1),方法的测定下限(10S/N)为4mg·kg^(-1)。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率为79.5%~92.2%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为3.2%~6.2%。GC-MS was applied to the determination of sodium 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy)propionate in foods.The food sample was extracted with ethyl acetate after acidification of HCl(1+1)solution.The DB-FFAP quartz capillary chromatographic column was used for GC separation and the selected ion monitoring mode was adopted in MS determination.Linearity range of 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy)propionic acid was found between 5.0 mg·L^(-1) and100mg·L^(-1) with lower limits of determination(10S/N)of 4 mg·kg^(-1).On the base of blank sample,test for recovery was made by standard addition method;values of recovery found were in the range of 79.5%-92.2%,with RSD′s(n=6)in the range of 3.2%-6.2%.
