摘  要:目的:探讨微信辅助案例教学法(CBL)在耳鼻咽喉科教学中的应用效果。方法:将本院59名医学生分为2组,对照组(2011级学生,N=28)采用传统教学;实验组(2012级学生,N=31),采用微信辅助CBL教学;教学后1周及2月各组织一次测验,并用调查问卷评价2组学生对教学的满意度。结果:教学后1周实验组病例分析得分及总得分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组客观题得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。教学后2月实验组学生的客观题得分、病例分析得分及总得分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示实验组的教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微信辅助CBL教学有助于提高耳鼻咽喉科学教学质量。[ Objective] To investigate the effect of Case Based Learning(CBL) with the aid of Wechat in otolaryngology clini- cal teaching. [Method]59 medical students were divided into experimental group (grade 2012, n = 31, taught by CBL wi~ Wechat) and the control group (grade 2011,n= 28, taught by LBL). The teaching effects were evaluated by examinations and questionnaire survey. I Result] In examinations after 1 week and 2 months of teaching, students in experimental group got high- er total scores ( P 〈 0.05), especially in analysis problems parts ( P 〈 0.05). The objective scores of the students in the experi- mental group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). The survey showed that the teaching satisfaction was higher in the experimental group than in the conlrol group ( P 〈 0.05). I Conclusion] The CBL with the aid of Wechat can conduced to improve teaching quality of medical students. Key words:wechat; case based learning (CBL) ; otolaryngology; teaching
