摘 要:目的探讨在传统窝洞制备的教学中增加人工龋坏制作环节对于提高学生窝洞制备技能的作用。方法随机选择20名口腔系学生(实验组),实施增加人工龋坏制作的窝洞制备教学;另取20名学生(对照组)实施无龋坏制作的传统模式窝洞制备教学。对两组教学效果进行客观和主观评价。结果实验组学生的测试成绩显著高于对照组(t=5.446,P<0.05);对实验操作兴趣度和信心度也显著高于对照组(Z=3.176、3.357,P<0.05)。结论在传统窝洞制备教学中增加人工龋坏制作环节可以提高学生窝洞制备的技能。Objective To investigate the impact of addition of production of artificial caries to the traditional teaching of cavity preparation on the promotion of students' clinical skills in cavity preparation. Methods A total of 40 students selected from Department of Stomatology participated in the study.The students were randomly into the teaching group of cavity preparation in which production of artificial caries was added(experimental group)and the teaching group without production of artificial caries(control group),each with 20 twenty students.The students' clinical skills in cavity preparation in the two groups were subjected to objective and subjective evaluations measurements. Results The experimental group showed significantly higher scores for cavity preparation(t=5.446,P〈0.05)and stronger interests and confidence(Z=3.176,3.357;P〈0.05)than the control group. Conclusion Addition of production of artificial caries to the traditional teaching of cavity preparation promotes students' clinical skills in cavity preparation.
