摘  要:以企业培训对员工自我领导力的认识和关注为研究的重点,在分析总结以往相关研究的基础上,就员工自我领导力的维度进行划分、整合和具体的模型构建,同时运用访谈法进一步修正,并实现相关电子调查问卷的设计与发放,最终通过结果分析达到积极引导培训中发挥员工自我领导力作用的目的。而受内观式培训所带来的启发,还给出了外部构建(外循环)和内部构建(自循环)这两种对策。希望整个研究过程为日后该领域的探索有所裨益和贡献。Based on the enterprise training development for staff, self-leadership is the focus about the study on the analysis and summary of previous researches, employees' self-leadership dimensions are divided, and the specific construction integration model, and using interviews further correction, real design and related electronic questionnaire issued is final, achieve positive to guide the staff to play the role of training in self-leadership through the analysis of resuhs. Inspired by the looking inside training, this paper presents two superficial countermeasures: one is the external constnlction or external circulation, the other is the construction of internal or self-circulation. 1 hope the research process for the exploration in this field, after a little benefit and contribution.
