高职冶金技术专业学生的专业思想教育探析——以济源职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：冶金专业就业环境比较艰苦,新一代大学生的人生观、价值观也有了新的变化,他们不愿意从事冶金等比较艰苦的行业,导致高职院校冶金专业出现招生难,学生专业思想不稳定现象。通过分析我院冶金专业大学生思想教育的现状,提出了全程思想教育的理念,即从新生入学教育,到专业理论与实践课程教育,再到学校、企业、家长、辅导员、优秀学长全方位思想教育,保障了冶金专业学生思想教育的长期性与有效性,从而培养出企业适用的毕业生,实现高职院校为地方经济服务的职能。The metallurgy majors＇ employment environment is harder and the college students＇ outlook on life and values has made some changes so that they do not want to be involved in tougher industries such as metallurgy, which bring about the difficulties of recruiting students and the professional thought instability ofmetallurgy majors in vocational colleges Through analyzing the present situation of college students ideology education of metallurgy majors in our school, the study puts forward the idea of whole processing ideology educationincluding freshman education, professional theory and practice course education and school, enterprise, parents, counselor, good example of former students. The all - round ideological education ensureslong - term and and effective ideological education of metallurgy majors, which cultivates the graduates meeting enterprise＇ s demandand serves the local economy.
