高校实验室管理改革路径探讨

摘　　要：目前,高校实验室存在重复建设、仪器设备利用率低、管理及技术人员少、实验技术人员工作积极性不高等问题。为此,应调整实验室管理机构、加强实验队伍建设、加大对实验队伍的激励力度、充分调动学生实验积极性、提高管理效率。Currently, there are a series of problems in college and university laboratory management, such as repeated con- struction, low instrument utilization rate, insufficient management staffs, weak working passions, etc. Therefore, reforms should be adopted in the following aspects： adjusting lab management structure, increasing lab staffs numbers, enhancing incentives, arousing students＇ interests of lab operating, improving management efficiency.
