摘　　要：目前电子病历普及,中医实习生在病历书写方面存在许多问题,导致病历质量不高,中医内涵不够。我们通过分析原因,采取相应措施,明显提高了中医病历书写的质量。这对中医学生的培养、病历质量的提高也有着十分重要的价值。The electronic medical records popularize currently. There are many problems about the TCM intern in the aspect of elec-tronic medical record writing, such as medical records quality is not high, and connotation of traditional Chinese medicine is not e-nough. Through analyzing reasons, we take corresponding measures to improve the medical record writing quality of traditional Chi-nese medicine. It is usefull to cultivate students of TCM, and is valueable to improve the quality of medical record.
